Waltz With Bashir

Rating: 9

Some great artists have more than just imagination. They're able to turn severe grief, guilt and horror into masterpieces. Waltz With Bashir is a devastating story with gorgeous visuals - the eye movements and facial expressions of the characters are more human than any animated piece I've ever seen. Somehow the animation makes the events of the story more vivid than a traditional documentary. Phenomenal.

The International

Though it's mostly forgettable, there is a sequence at the Guggenheim Museum that's worth watching.

Coraline

I'm starting to think all the best movies nowadays are animated. Try to see it in 3-D!
